Really wonderful stay with my family in the heart of Old Town. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location was absolute perfection. Lively and bustling, near a reasonably-priced car park, and within walking distance of major attractions.

The room was a bit worn-in. Walls and floors with some stains and wear. It was not dirty, just a little dingy.

Hotel is in the center of old town. We go everywhere by walk. The reception people, Nadia and Mery, are very nice and kind. And they speak English good. They inform us everything for old town. Like as, where to eat, to drink, to see. We parked our car near to hotel to a public parking place. Hotel give us a %10 discount ticket for parking fee. The room is same in booking website. Room facilities are like a 4 star hotel. We asked form Mery a kettle and she gave one. However, someone cooked something in it and it had bad smell, we couldn't use it.

Room and corridor base have wood surface. So they make a lot of sound while walking on them. At Night, this sound disturbed us.

Good value for money for one night in Bilbao.

Location- close to parking possibility as well as walking distance to old town. Friendly staff and long check out time.

I did miss a water boiler in the room to have a cup of tea in the morning without having to pay for the full breakfast.

very nice place, i will recommend it if you can preempt the foul play with the parking information

very well located for the Casco Viejo, the staff at the reception was great. the hotel is very clean and comfortable. it is difficult to get there by car -without a clear information about the parking facilities. see below

Booking listed this hotel in my search for hotels with parking, which does not have. In no place there is an indication of it. I ended up paying a third extra of the room price. The hotel did not admit the misleading information is their responsibility, so it has to be Booking's- and must be because the same happened to me in San Sebastian. A rip-off although the hotel itself is great and i will much recommend it. Booking misled me badly (and have not replied to my complain 6 days ago)

Building is lovely. In a great location. Breakfast superb - shout out to the lovely Maria who is fab. All staff have been so friendly!!

Perfect location, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to bars and museums. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy at breakfast which was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. We would highly recommended this hotel.

Its not fancy. For the money & location, its worth it.

We asked for a room off the street & they accommodated us. The breakfast was very good with many choices for all tastes. Front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful.

We could not figure out the air conditioner - first we couldn't turn it on, then after they fixed it, we couldn't turn it off. WE had been traveling for 2 weeks in Spain & did not have this issue before. Instructions in the room would have been helpful. The desk was miniature. My husband had some work to do & could not fit his legs under the desk. The walls were thin & we heard people in the hallway & in a room across the hall.

Central location near Old Town very convenient. Breakfast good and varied choice, as well as being very good value.

Very good central location in the old city, with tram right outside and subway two minutes walk away. Very good breakfast. The room was a good size and comfortable beds. TV lacked a phone jack for headphones.

Great for pet travellers!

Great experience, especially traveling with my two cats! The room was great, nice and clean. The cats loved the bed :D Check in was super good and the staff even proposed to give pet beds for my stay; great little extra. Location was very good, next to restaurants and a very nice little cafe.
